LINDA
J. BURDEN
Ms. Burden received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and
Sociology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
While there, she was a member of Phi Kappa Phi National
Honor Society and graduated with High Honors.
She entered Western State University College of Law at
Irvine in 1991 and worked full time throughout law school.
At Western State, she was on the Dean's list and was the
recipient of the Scott McCune Memorial Scholarship.
She was also a recipient of American Jurisprudence Awards
in Contracts, Torts, Appellate Practice, and Professional
Responsibility. She
received her Juris Doctorate with scholastic distinction in August
1994 and was admitted to the California and Federal Bars in June
1995. Since that
time, she has practiced with Scott Smith and Mark Susson in all
areas of civil litigation.
She is the mother of two children and married to a software
developer. |
