CYNTHIA BELL
KITTLE
Ms. Kittle received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and
Education from San Diego State University. While there she was
actively involved in Aztec Ambassadors serving one term as
President, the Head Start Program and the Big Sister Program. She
entered Western State University College of Law in San Diego,
transferring to Western State University College of Law in Fullerton
and worked full time as a certified paralegal while attending law
school. At Western State she received the American Jurisprudence
Award in Corporations and Associations. She received her Juris
Doctorate in 1985 and was admitted to the California Bar in December
of 1985, and to the Federal Bar in February 1990. Following law
school she practiced for 12 years with Rose, Klein & Marias as a
trial lawyer and then five years as a sole practitioner joining
Smith & Susson in February 2002. She is married and the mother of
two children.
